BlackBerry App World keeps returning to the sign-in screen.

When attempting to download an application or go to My World icon, BlackBerry App World™ prompts to enter the email address and password to continue. Once the user name and password has been entered, BlackBerry App World returns to the log in page.

1. The customer will need to log in to App World on a PC or Mac and complete the setup process before logging into BlackBerry App World on their BlackBerry® smartphone.

When you first log in to App World from the desktop you will be presented with a System Check:

2. Next you will need to connect your device to the workstation. Once you connect the device, choose your device in the drop down list as shown below.

3. Next you will be presented with the App World Terms and Conditions:

4. After accepting the BlackBerry App World terms and conditions, you will be prompted to enter your Pay Pal® login information. This will be used to locate your previous App World account and will allow you to download previously purchased applications for no additional charge:

5. After selecting to restore previous application, click the Pay Pal link to continue:

6. Then sign in with your Pay Pal credentials:

7. After signing in you will taken back to the App World portal and complete setup. Once completed, you will be able to log in to App World on your BlackBerry smartphone and download all the previous and new applications.
